Tasting CalNaturale Cabernet Sauvignon Paso Robles 2009

• Name: CalNaturale Cabernet Sauvignon Paso Robles 2009
• Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon and Viognier
• Region: Paso Robles, California
• Country: U.S
• Year: 2009
• Price: $10.95 for 1 liter
• Shop/wine critic/winery review: "95 % Cabernet Sauvignon with 5% Viognier this certified organic winery produces outstanding quality at reasonable prices offering classic Cabernet flavors of fresh herb, olive, cedar and cassis. Focused and intense, with a charming rustic side and broad tannins that firm up on the finish."
• My review: This red wine is very nice, it has a a very nice tannins smell. It is not too powerful, but it is just enough to let you know that it is there. When I tasted this wine, I tasted some herbs flavors, along with some acidic components. The tannins taste is pretty firm and out there, but it is not overpowering. This wine has a full body with a hot finish.
• I had this wine at wine tasting with bread and cheese.
