Tasting Indwe Sauvignon Blanc 2012

• Name: Indwe Sauvignon Blanc
• Variety: Sauvignon Blanc
• Region: Elim
• Country: South Africa
• Year: 2012
• Price: $7.95
• Shop/wine critic/winery review: "Grapes are meticulously sourced from our grape producers along the Coastal region of the Western Cape ensuring complexity and freshness in the wine. Indwe Sauvignon Blanc is full of layers, balance and persistence. The wine is imbued with tropical and citrus notes, with hints of melon and gooseberry flavors."

• My review: This white wine possess smell of tropical fruits, floral, and citrus. It smelled very sweet, typical of any white wine. First taste of this wine was very sweet. Although it is a little too sweet for me, it had a good balance, full body and a soft finish. I thought that this wine was refreshing, and it is a good wine to drink for novice drinkers.
• I had this wine at wine tasting.
